It’s a mini warehouse that the same basic infrastructure and benefits of a larger industrial space, but with the convenience, amenities, and flexibility of a shared office space.

Our leases are full-service, meaning they include all utilities, so all you pay is the rent in one monthly fee. Also, it includes access to the our industrial grade equipment, and common spaces. 

Licenses start at a minimum 3-month length and go month-to-month afterward (30 day minimum notice is required for move-out).
Longer-term agreements are also available, should you look to stay for 12+months.
Absolutely, we have warehouse and office space available in all facilities, and it’s very common to run business operations out of an office space and store inventory in a warehouse unit.

SpaceShare features mini warehouses ranging from 250 square feet to 5,000 square feet with shared amenities, and co-working spaces such as kitchen area, conference room, and reception area. 

Yes! Each tenant is given an access control key that works 24/7/365, so you can come and go as you please and not have to worry about set office hours or making it to your unit on time.

Our price per square foot varies depending on how much space you need, the specific facility, the features of each particular unit, and building occupancy. For the most accurate pricing information please call us or use the website live chat.
No, community use of ReadySpaces’ forklifts and pallet jacks is included at no extra charge. Note: Members must be forklift certified in order to use forklifts. We offer forklift certification courses at each location.
No, community use of ReadySpaces’ conference rooms is included at no extra charge. Members will have access to conference room availability and reserve time using our Roomzilla software.
We have a mailroom service that’s included with your rent for mail and parcels not requiring a signature, however you will need to have someone from your business on-hand to sign for freight deliveries or packages requiring signature. No one from the SpaceShare team is authorized to sign or accept packages on your business’s behalf.
 
Yes, our locations all include on-site parking for daily use of our members. We also offer long-term vehicle parking at certain locations. For the most accurate availability information please call us or use the website live chat.

Yes! Each warehouse has four outlets on a dedicated 120V circuit. We have the ability to accommodate more electric for special uses on an on-demand basis.

Everything is included in one simple payment. In order to reserve your space and get started, we require one month’s rent and one month security deposit.
